  This Popeye's is pretty terrible, unfortunately. The food itself is still good, but everything else leaves a lot to be desired.
  
  The parking lot is too small. There's no napkins in the dining area. One of only three tables wobble. The bathroom door hand is completely busted. According to the server, the computers are slow. It took an above average time to get my food (don't come on a short lunch), and they were getting orders wrong for multiple people while I was there.
  
  It's unfortunate, but I'd highly recommend going to a different location. 2 stars because the food itself is good, like any other location.

  Worst Popeyes ever. The food took almost an hour to come out. There was a line of people waiting for their food... some of them even waiting longer than us! You could see the chicken just sitting their in the kitchen while no food was coming out.
  
  Apparently some employees didn't show up for their shift and the tickets got deleted? If there's a line of people waiting and standing around, they should do something. The only reason anyone got their food at all was because some customers started speaking up.
  
  We got some free dessert after asking because of the shocking wait time. Personally, I don't think it was worth it because I ordered the popcorn shrimp. It tasted awful and burnt. I'm guessing it was way overcooked, because any shrimp left inside the coating was fried to oblivion.

  Managers says he posted 2 signs there is only one!! By tbe time you see this sign you have to stay in the line.  
  I think about 6 cars out of 9 were in line with me and were stuck along with me because you can't see that tiny sign about the chicken sandwiches not being available.
  
  The manager was so rude and matter of fact when i got to the window and took no responsibility for their lack of information. No one even sees this warning before you get to the line and they don't care,  and have not changed it. There is no posted sign in the front door either.
  
  Btw there are no chicken sandwiches until further notice,  and this location will not let you know until you're already in the line. Unless you can read 8 pt font from a mile away.

  WORST SERVICE & EMPLOYEES EVER. How are you guys still in business? I went through the drive thru at around 1:30PM. I specifically asked for the chicken sandwiches. They said they won't start serving it until 2:00PM. Fine, I'll just wait for it in my car. 2:00PM comes around, I went through the drive thru again, they said the drive thru is CLOSED. WHAT? I was just here. I went inside to order and the employee said THEY WON'T BE SERVING IT TODAY BECAUSE THEY ARE SHORT-STAFFED. WHAT??? Other customers came in at 2:00PM too under the same impression that the chicken sandwiches will be available. The store manager or something had a bad attitude. Employees looked like they didn't want to take orders. How do you not serve something JUST because you're short-staffed? I counted 6 employees present the time.
  
  DON'T COME HERE. Save your time and money and go somewhere else!

  I went to this Popeyes to pick up some food for myself and my coworkers. They had a $5 box hot honey crunch special running which comes with fries and a biscuit. I ordered 4 boxes and was told each box will only come with 3 chicken strips and that's it for $5. I told the manger normally whenever Popeyes offers a $5 special it always comes with one side and a biscuit. He stated no, it's three strips only for $5 and if you want a side you need to upgrade to the $7.59 combo. So I paid the price he stated and once I left contacted the complaint line which informed me the manager at this location was wrong. The $5 box does include one side and a biscuit but since it's a privately owned location they would forward my issue to the owner in order to deal with this situation. The manager also attempted to overcharge me for 3 additional combos I did not order.
  
  I feel like if you're the manager you should know about he specials you are running at your location. I pretty much feel like I got ripped off. I will not be going to this location again.
